Gustavia is the main town and capital of the Caribbean island of St Barts. St. John's, Antigua
This pretty capital city not only gives you access to Antigua's 365 stunning beaches, but is also packed with attractions including English Harbour and the historic Nelson's Dockyard. A visit to the colourful St. John's street market is a must, and you also find great shopping and dining in Heritage Quay. Travel to Shirley Heights Lookout for superb views of English and Falmouth Harbours. A 90-minute ferry ride from Bryson Wharf takes you to Antigua's sister island, Barbuda, to explore the Arawak Caves and Frigate Bird Sanctuary.

Îles des Saintes, Guadeloupe
A group of islands in Guadeloupe, Iles des Saintes are a French overseas territory in the Caribbean. Terre-de-Haut is its main island; known for the palm-fringed Les Saintes Bay and coral-rich waters of Pain de Sucre Beach. A famous attraction of the island is Fort Napoleon; explore the barracks and former prison cells, enjoy the 260 contemporary paintings, and wander the gardens. Check out the brightly-painted houses and centuries-old cemetery of the island's sole village; Bourg. You can also take in sweeping views of the seven other islands, which include Ilet a Cabrit, Le Pâté, Terre-de-Bas, Les Augustins, La Coche, Grand Ilet, and La Redonde. Many visit these islands purely for scuba diving opportunities or relaxing on the beach.

Roseau, Dominica
The capital of Dominica, Roseau, is a small and compact urban settlement off the coast of the Caribbean Sea. Head to the historical French Quarter where the streets are lined with graceful wooden buildings housing vibrant bars, restaurants and shops. View the Cathedral of Our Lady of Fair Haven of Roseau, one of the most beautiful structures in Dominica, and shop for souvenirs at the Old Market. Escape to the tranquil Dominica Botanic Gardens or step back in time at Dominica Museum. Venture further afield to Morne Trois Pitons National Park to see Bolling Lake, Victoria Waterfall, Trafalgar Falls, Middleham Falls, Emerald Pool, Titou Gorge and the Valley of Desolation.

Fort de France, Martinque
Today, the ship docks in Fort de France, the capital of Martinique. Gaze in awe at the stained-glass windows at St-Louis Cathedral, before visiting La Savane Park to admire the Empress Josephine statue and nearby Fort St-Louis. Shop for local handicrafts at Le Grand Marche or explore the designer perfume and fashion boutiques on Rue Victor Schoelcher. Spend some time at Habitation Clement - part plantation/part rum distillery/and part museum and heritage site! Travel to the south-west of the island to view the white stone effigies at Anse Cafard Slave Memorial.

Castries, St Lucia
Arrive in Castries, the capital city of St Lucia. Step ashore and shop for bargains at La Place Carenage Shopping Plaza in downtown Castries, or venture to the heart of the city to the vibrant Central Market. Pay a visit to the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception, Derek Walcott Square and the Government House; before climbing to the top of Morne Fortune to view Fort Charlotte. Spend a few hours at Vigie Beach or head south to Marigot Bay. Take an island tour and admire the majestic Piton Mountains, snorkel in the crystal-clear waters of Half-Moon Bay, or enjoy a picnic on a lemon grass lawn at Pigeon Island National Park.

St. George's, Grenada
Stop at St. George's on the 'Spice Island' of Grenada. Nestling alongside horseshoe-shaped Carenage harbour, the cobbled streets of St. George's are lined with pretty pastel-coloured heritage buildings. Step back in time at Grenada National Museum or explore Fort George and Fort Frederick. Head to the golden sand of Grand Anse Beach for a morning of sunbathing. The submerged gallery at Underwater Sculpture Park is a unique sight, or you can discover how the island's spices are grown and processed at Dougalston Spice Estate. Venture further to view local wildlife at Grand Etang National Park and cascading waters at Annandale Falls.

Port of Spain is the capital city of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago. This metropolitan city boasts tall buildings, neon lighting and crowded streets, as well as vibrant Caribbean character. Enjoy the year round flamboyant festivals and carnivals and look out for elaborate costumes and parade dancing through the streets to the sound of a steel band. On Maracas Bay you'll find plenty of sun and surf; tuck into a 'bake and shark', a Trinidadian speciality cuisine. In March 2016, Sirena will undergo a 35-day, $40 million refurbishment in Marseille, France to elevate the ship to the Oceania Cruises’ standard of elegance. Drawing on the recent transformation of Nautica as inspiration, she will feature our renowned specialty dining restaurants, Toscana and Polo Grill, along with more recent additions to the fleet such as Baristas and the cook-to-order grill at Terrace Café.
