Today the ship drops anchor at the port of Stavanger in southwestern Norway – the gateway to the majestic Lysefjord and stunning vistas from Pulpit Rock. Meander through the cobbled streets lined with white-washed wooden houses and see artists at work in the old quarter. Visit the 12th-century Stavanger Cathedral and marvel at its vaulted ceiling and 13th-century Gothic chancel. Stop by the Norwegian Canning Museum to appreciate the town's heritage as the 'herring capital' of Norway, while the Norwegian Petroleum Museum showcases the oil industry with submersibles, an escape chute, and a large drill bit.

Skjolden, Norway
Sognefjord is the world’s longest passable fjord which lies in the heart of the Norwegian fjord country, extending more than 200km inland. At the head of the fjord is the intimate, idyllic village of Skjolden. Seek beautiful views and stunning scenery at Jotunheimen National Park which features alpine mountain ranges, glaciers, lakes, and waterfalls. Check out some of Norway’s highest waterfalls such as the almighty Feigumfossen which can be seen from the fjord. Or visit one of Norway’s oldest stave churches and UNESCO World Heritage Site, Urnes Stave Church. If you’d rather see the sights from a comfortable point of view, a ride on the Flam Railway lets you enjoy the magnificent scenery and charming vistas from the comfort of your seat.

Flam, Norway
Although small, Flam is Norway's fourth largest cruise port. This charming village is found in the Aurlandsfjord, which is the deepest and second-longest fjord in Europe. This diverse setting offers something for everyone, from vast meadows and picturesque farms to fragrant orchards and ancient churches. Cycle along Rallarvegen — the most popular cycling route in Norway — or hike through marked paths in the mountains. Ride the Flam Railway, described as one of the most beautiful train journeys in the world, and take in the spectacular mountain scenery. You can even pass deep ravines and cascading waters at the 225m-high Kjosfossen waterfall.

Bergen, Norway
The charming port city of Bergen is framed by seven hills on Norway's south-west shore. Bergen’s bustling waterfront and narrow streets of colourful half-timbered houses combine with a proud musical and maritime heritage. Ride the funicular railway up Mount Floyen for city views. Visit Troldhaugen Museum to see Edvard Grieg's musical heritage comes to life or explore the artwork on display at KODE. The 900-year-old Bryggen, a wharf that features museums and pubs, guides you through the city's sea-faring past, while locally-caught seafood can be found at Bergen Fish Market. Discover family fun at Bergen Science Centre and Bergen Aquarium or explore the city's sights on a Segway tour.

She’s the beautiful sister to Spirit of Discovery, but has a whole host of surprises of her own, including a variety of exciting new restaurants and contemporary artworks and décor.
Food & Drink
Spirit of Adventure has a fantastic choice of restaurants for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks throughout the day. The Dining Room and The Grill, which also offers alfresco dining on the adjoining Verandah, offer single seat dining so you can arrive at any time and the table will be yours for the evening.
In addition to our main restaurants guests can choose to dine in one of our three free-to-dine speciality restaurants. Be sure to reserve your table once on board for a truly unforgettable culinary experience!

Entertainment
Spirit of Adventure has multiple entertainment venues for you to choose from including The Playhouse theatre, which offers shows and live music. Alternatively, venture to the Britannia Lounge where you can show off your dance moves or take a seat for entertainment from singers and bands.
The theatre and lounge are just two of the ship's entertainment spaces. Day and night you'll be spoilt for choice with a full line-up of talks, crafts, activities and to sociable quizzes.
