AmaViola has three main dining venues: the Main Restaurant, where menus highlight both regional specialties and international favorites; The Chef’s Table, an intimate multi-course tasting experience; and the Al Fresco Terrace with panoramic views. Each venue features cuisine honored by La Chaîne des Rôtisseurs. Guests can also enjoy tapas in the lounge, afternoon tea, and a 24-hour coffee station. Many staterooms offer twin balconies — both a French and a step-out — or single balconies.
