The city features numerous 5th-century landmarks including the former temple of Parthenon and the Acropolis, an ancient citadel that sits on a hilltop overlooking the Plaka district. The historic Plaka neighbourhood is one of the oldest in the world and features winding streets lined with family-run bars and restaurants.

Dubrovnik
The Croatian city of Dubrovnik sits on the country's southern coast on the Adriatic Sea. Explore the distinctive Old Town — an UNESCO World Heritage site — with its 17th-century Cathedral of the Assumption, baroque St Blaise Church, the Renaissance Sponza Palace, and the Gothic Rector's Palace. Experience the shops and restaurants on the pedestrianised Stradun and take a leisurely walk around the ancient city walls. Admire the views as you ride the cable car to Mt Srd or visit one of the city's museums. Relax in the sunshine on Banje Beach; enjoy a boat trip to the nearby islands of Lokrum and Elafati; view the city from the water on a kayaking trip; or take a snorkelling tour.

Sarande
Sarande nestles on the Albania Riviera in southern Albania. Spend a few hours soaking up the sunshine on town's main beach or travel south to the golden sands of Mirror Beach. Pay a visit to the semi ruins of Lekuresi Castle - which dates back to early Ottoman times - the bombed remains of Ayii Saranda monastery, and the 5th-century synagogue. Admire the 3rd-century mosaic floor at the Museum of Archaeology and the collection of photos at the Ethnological Museum. The port town is also gateway to the ancient city of Burtint - a UNESCO World Heritage site and home to a Greek theatre, paleo-Christian baptistery, basilica, and a museum.

Corfu
The island of Corfu sits off the north coast of Greece in the Ionian Sea. Surrounded by rugged mountains and lined with golden beach resorts, it's a cosmopolitan island with a strong, traditional character. Corfu has long been a hugely popular holiday destination due to its laid-back atmosphere, fun beaches, fantastic climate, and welcoming villages. Its old town is filled with Byzantine churches, Venetian fortresses and French-style houses. Spend time relaxing on the sand or enjoying water sports in the sea, before sampling the island's delicious cuisine — often a tasty blend of Greek and Italian — at a beachfront restaurant. The waterfront is lined with bars and cafes, and there are plenty of craft markets for buying souvenirs.

Mykonos sits in the Aegean Sea with traditional white-washed houses and bright-blue waters. Scarlet Lady joins the new Virgin Voyages fleet in 2020 and is the first of four ships on order. She is being built for Sailors aimed at like-minded travellers seeking a 24/7 festival at sea with no kids, no set dining times, no buffets, and no limits. An eye-catching mystical Mermaid adorns Scarlet Lady’s bow and, in her maiden season, she’ll set sail with a maximum of 2,700 Sailors aboard for four and five-night itineraries to Cuba and the Caribbean out of Port of Miami. Her 1400 cabins and suites are an experience in themselves - especially the 78 Tom Dixon-designed RockStar Quarters - 93% boast a sea view and 86% have a balcony. Basic drinks, tips, and round-the-clock dining are all included in the cruise fare with 20 unique restaurants, cafes, lounges, and eateries just waiting to be discovered. The Vitamin Sea concept includes detoxing and retoxing pursuits so you return home refreshed and rejuvenated after your cruise experience.
