Overview
Avalon Impression joined Avalon Waterways' fleet of luxury river ships in 2014. Step aboard this elegant Suite Ship® and explore the rivers of Europe and beyond with a maximum of 165 fellow guests on board. The attentive crew are on hand to assist you in every way; equally-matched by spacious public areas where you can relax, socialise, or simply take in the ever-changing views. The ship's five decks include two decks of stylish suites with unique open-air balconies and panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows; complemented by chic dining venues, bars, and lounges, fitness centre, hair salon, and the Sky Deck with premium lounge chairs, whirlpool, games area, and the open-air Sky Bistro. Avalon Impression docks at a variety of ports of call where you'll find fascinating sightseeing options and a variety of activities.
Food & Drink
Start your day with a tasty buffet breakfast in the open-seating Dining Room; early/late riser and room service breakfasts are also an option. The lunch buffet comprises international dishes and also carving and pasta stations. An afternoon tea of hot drinks and sweet treats is the perfect way to unwind after explorations ashore. Each evening, a four-course dinner with a menu of seasonal dishes is served to your table. A welcome dinner on your first evening and a five-course farewell dinner on your final night enhance your dining choices. Discover Avalon Fresh healthy dishes at every meal and Healthy Corner choices to cater to your dietary needs. Alternatively, choose from the lunch menu in the alfresco Sky Bistro on the Sky Deck or take your seat for a light lunch and dinner with regional specialities and wine in the Panorama Bistro. Relax with your morning coffee and stunning vistas in Observation Lounge or enjoy some me-time with a leisurely pot of tea in the Club Lounge. Sip cocktails with a view on Sky Deck or visit Panorama Lounge bar for premium spirits. Happy Hour takes place every evening and includes featured drink specials. The Captain's reception with sparkling wine and canapés is your chance to mix with the friendly crew and your fellow travellers. The self-service 24-hour beverage station with complimentary choices allows you to make a drink at a time to suit. Lunch and dinner are accompanied by complimentary wine, beer, soft drinks, tea, and coffee too.

Avalon Impression offers something to entertain you from dawn until dusk. Head to Sky Deck to sunbathe on a premium lounge chair, read a book under the shade awnings, or unwind in the whirlpool. Time in port includes a myriad of sightseeing options with certified local guides or you can explore independently on two wheels or by foot. After dinner, enjoy occasional entertainment and live music from visiting local performers or sip drinks under star-filled skies on deck.
