Admire the architecture at St Louis Cathedral or enjoy a day exploring the plantation, rum distillery, and museum at Habitation Clement.

St. Kitts

St. Kitts is renowned for its rainforest mountains and picturesque beaches with white, grey and black sands. Head to the Circus Square marketplace for a great selection of local produce and textiles, follow rainforest trekking trails up to a dormant volcano, or, why not simply relax one of the sun-drenched beaches that surround the island?

Tortola, British Virgin Islands

Tortola is the largest of the British Virgin Islands. Powder-white sands, azure seas and verdant green mountains set the scene; equally matched by tasty culinary experiences, luxurious holiday resorts, and a wealth of famous attractions. Explore the eclectic mix of shops in Road Town or escape to the tranquillity of J R O'Neal Botanic Gardens. Get up close to nature at Sage Mountain National Park or visit the giant boulders and rock formations at The Baths on Virgin Gorda. Go surfing at Cane Garden Bay or snorkel amongst tropical fish and coral at Smuggler's Cove. Swim with dolphins at Dolphin Discovery or sample locally-made rum at Callwood's Rum Distillery.

St Maarten, Saint Maarten

This minute island offers a cosmopolitan culture, first-class dining scenes, international shopping, and a laid-back Caribbean atmosphere. Savour delicious barbecued meats in street cafes and dance to calypso sounds at a barefoot beach bar. Head to the ruins of the French and Dutch forts which overlook the Caribbean Sea, or visit Philipsburg waterfront for duty-free shopping.

Antigua

Antigua and Barbuda's secluded pink and white sand beaches surrounded by palm trees are the perfect location to explore and relax. Hike through the rainforest to get to Rendezvous Bay, one of Antigua's most remote but nevertheless stunning beaches; or take a rainforest canopy tour by zip-wire. Get up close and personal with the marine life as you swim with Stingrays at Stingray City or explore the local wildlife at Frigate Bird Sanctuary. Get cultural at the Georgian-era marina, Nelson's Dockyard National Park that was made a UNESCO World Heritage site. Finish the day by watching the sunset with a Caribbean meal and a few drinks at Bumpkins.

Grenada, Caribbean

Grenada is a Caribbean country comprising smaller surrounding islands and a main island also called Grenada. Referred to as the 'Spice Isle', Grenada is home to numerous nutmeg plantations. A crater lake in an extinct volcano, Grand Etang Lake, is a fascinating visit. Discover the art of traditional-style rum-making at River Antoine Rum Distillery and marvel at scenic views from the hilltop historic site Fort George. The cascading waters and lush surroundings of Annandale Falls will leave you in awe and the pretty harbour and fishing destination of The Carenage is the perfect place for a peaceful stroll along the water's edge. Splash in the water, sunbathe, or snorkel near the powder-white shores of Grand Anse Beach.

St Lucia

Arrive in St. Lucia and experience some of the Caribbean's most dramatic scenery. The island's natural landscape features the majestic Piton Mountains, pristine beaches lined with palm trees and miles of unspoiled rainforest. Shop for souvenirs at the colourful Central Market in Castries — the capital city, snorkel in the crystalline waters of Half-Moon Bay and enjoy a picnic on a lemon grass lawn at Pigeon Island National Park.

Bridgetown, Barbados

It's easy to see why Barbados is known as 'Little England' with its Georgian houses, Lord Nelson Statue and Parliament Square. Indulge in retail therapy on Broad Street, admire stunning views and rugged island landscapes on a jeep island safari, or visit the dramatic stalactites and stalagmites of Harrison's Cave. For a once-in-a-lifetime experience - sail on a catamaran to swim with once-endangered hawksbill and green sea turtles.
