Hong Kong is a shopper’s paradise; discover a wide range of shopping experiences at Causeway Bay, Sheung Wan, Harbour City, Festival Walk, and Tsim Sha Tsui. Dine in a traditional restaurant and sample a world of exquisite, mouth-watering local cuisine including noodles, dumplings, and rice. Visit Mickey Mouse at Disneyland Park, or relax on the white sand at Repulse Bay. Trek to Victoria Peak; the highest peak on Hong Kong Island and see one of the world's most beautiful skylines at Victoria Harbour. Witness the historical temples including Man Mo Temple and Po Lin Monastery for an insight into the local culture.

Day 7
Busan, South Korea
A large port city in South Korea, Busan is well-known for its beaches, mountains, and historic temples. Visit Gwangalli Beach for views of the modern Diamond Bridge and a selection of lively bars. The Buddhist shrine Beomeosa Temple can be found at the base of Geumjeong Mountain with many great hiking trails. If you're a seafood lover; Jagalchi Market will impress you with its array of fresh catches. Head to the soaring Busan Tower to experience its viewing deck for spectacular vistas across the city. The 14th-century seaside Buddhist temple Haedong Yonggungsa awaits. Perhaps relax on the golden sands of Haeundae Beach and take in breathtaking views of Busan as you work on your tan.
Day 8
Nagasaki, Japan
The Japanese city of Nagasaki sits on the northwest island of Kyushu. The city's buildings are spread across hillside terraces overlooking a natural harbour. Nagasaki is most famous for suffering an Allied nuclear attack in August 1945 during World War II, an event which is commemorated in the city's Atomic Bomb Museum and Peace Park. Take a boat trip over to Gunkanjima Island, once home to the area's thriving coal mining community that was abandoned in the 1970's. Escape to the tranquil surroundings of Glover Garden and view Glover Residence, the former home of Scottish merchant Thomas Blake Glover and the oldest Western-style wooden building in Japan. Visit the unique turtle-shaped Fukusai-ji Temple and also the Kofukuji Temple or spend a few hours at Huis Ten Bosch amusement park. No trip to Nagasaki would be complete without admiring Nagasaki’s unique skyline from Insayama Observation Deck, especially after dark.

Day 10
Kobe, Japan
Kobe is a bright and contemporary city. At Meriken Park on the waterfront you can see modern art installations and fountains. Kobe is also home to iconic architecture such as the red Kobe Port Tower and the Kobe Maritime Museum. Take in the sights from the fifth floor of the Port Tower. Venture further into the city centre to see Sorakuen, a traditional Japanese landscape garden. Tuck into some Kobe beef, a tender and flavoursome meat typically served as steak. Visit Kitano-Cho and see the Gothic Victorian stone houses built above the old city, a much-visited neighbourhood on the northern edge of the city.
Day 11-12
Tokyo (Yokohama), Japan
The Japanese port city of Yokohama is located south of Tokyo and is the capital of Kanagawa Prefecture. Yokohama was a sleepy fishing village until the 1850s when, at the end of the Edo period, it became an international port and the centre of Japan's trading industry with the rest of the globe. Meander through the city's large Chinatown with its hundreds of Chinese restaurants and shops. Escape to the idyllic surrounds of Sankei-en Garden; a botanical park filled with preserved Japanese residences dating back to different eras. Explore the seaside Minato Mirai district and admire the impressive 296-metre-high Landmark Tower. Get up close to local animals in open-air habitat zones at Zoorasia or catch a Yokohama DeNA BayStars baseball game at Yokohama Stadium. Uncover the origins of the popular noodle dish at Shin-Yokohama Ramen Museum or take a brewery tour at Kirin Brewery Company to sample one of Japan's four leading beers. Old meets new at Red Brick Warehouse and the nearby Marine and Walk or why not hop on the Sotetsu Railway to enjoy the aquarium and rides at Hakkeijima amusement park?

Food & Drink
Without a doubt, one of the best things about going on holiday is the chance to indulge in lots of delicious food and drink –and discovering brand new favourites along the way. On Spectrum of the Seas℠, the culinary adventure starts as soon as you get onboard. With 18 different dining venues to choose from, including the hugely popular Jamie’s Italian – the perfect place for the whole family to explore new flavours.

Jamie Oliver himself remembers food being a huge part of his childhood holidays, with his parents always encouraging him to try new things. ‘It’s not about what you don’t like, it’s about what you could like!’ he says, which is why at his restaurant, there are plenty of fun ways to get kids to try new foods. Try and taste the fresh pasta being made in-house every day, or order some dishes to share so that everyone can try something different. Kids can even get involved in making their own food with the ‘Shake Me’ salad, designed especially for them to shake up just the way they like!
Entertainment
Spectrum of the Seas reveals the entertainment of the future - a collection of amazing inventions that have never been seen on land or sea. Here, robots dance in unison, and sea views transform to space views in the blink of an eye. Sound is not just heard, but is felt head to toe.
