We’ve got venues for every mood, from the elegant Buckingham and Holyrood (Ambition) restaurants offering sophisticated options catered to all, to Borough Market where flavours from around the world come together, allowing you to craft your own unique dining experience.

Why not expand your taste buds at one of our speciality restaurants? We have Saffron*, offering exceptional Indian fusion cuisine, and premium fine dining in Sea & Grass* and a taste of the Mediterranean in Lupino's* (Ambition).

Then there is the pinnacle of dining with Ambassador, The Chef's Table*, which includes an exclusive galley tour, and the Executive Chef walking you through every course, talking about the inspiration behind the dish and its preparation.

Breakfast and lunch are generally served on an open seating basis, giving you and your appetite plenty of choice. Please note on board Ambition, at breakfast you can expect a full buffet with one special served to the table and for lunch there will be starter, soup and desert served buffest style with the main course served to the table. With dinner, we operate two sittings, which can be requested after booking your cruise. If you have any dietary requirements, we can easily accommodate - just let us know in advance.

Although Ambience essentially operates for adults only, we are offering a selection of multi-generational cruises in school holidays, with no age restriction. These cruises enable the whole family to spend quality time together.

"All coaches will be equipped with air conditioning, seatbelts, a WC and will be “Non-Smoking”, including the use of electronic smoking devices & e-cigarettes. Prices quoted for your chosen route is for 1 person and 2 suitcases and 1 piece of hand luggage, this is the maximum amount of luggage that can be carried per person. Please be advised that there is a weight limit of 23kg (50lbs) per item, to meet the health and safety requirements for drivers handling luggage. All bookings are subject to Ambassador Cruise Line’s Booking Terms and Conditions. Guests must present a valid coach voucher before boarding. We reserve the right to refuse carriage if a valid ticket or proof of booking cannot be shown. Guests are required to arrive at the designated departure point at least 15 minutes prior to scheduled departure time. The coach will depart at the scheduled time and cannot be delayed for late-arriving passengers. Guests will be provided with their allocated time of pick up, along with the designated pick-up point via our ‘My Ambassador Sailing’ or the ‘My Ambassador App’ approximately 21 days prior to departure, however, please note that these may be subject to change until 48 hours before. Some routes will have an early morning pick-up and evening drop off times after the cruise. To help you locate your pick-up point quickly and accurately, we provide a what3words address and the full address with postcode for each departure location. Please ensure you arrive at the correct location shown on your coach voucher to avoid delays Each guest is permitted the following luggage allowance unless otherwise stated at the time of booking: Up to 2 suitcases to be stored in the coach luggage hold (excludes Victoria Coach) 1 small piece of hand luggage of a size that can comfortably fit on your lap or beneath the seat where possible. Each suitcase must not exceed 23kg in weight or maximum size of 76cm x 35cm x 20cm. We have no obligation to carry luggage more than the permitted amount or size, or which does not fit into a standard luggage shape (i.e. sports equipment, folding bicycles, musical instruments). We reserve the right to refuse excessively large, heavy or unsafe items. All luggage must be clearly labelled with the guest’s name, cabin number and contact details"
