Back in Aswan, the afternoon unfolds gently with a felucca ride around Elephantine Island, a serene stretch of the Nile long associated with the god Khnum. The Jewel of the Nile, AmaNubia carries just 76 guests in 38 staterooms, of which 15 are spacious suites. With Egyptian-inspired décor and modern comforts, the ship offers a refined setting to explore Egypt’s timeless treasures. At the ship’s main restaurants, guests can enjoy regionally inspired dining with Middle Eastern flavors. The ship also hosts an onboard Egyptologist to help guests learn more about the areas they pass.
