Price promise for 27/28 - Price Promise offer is valid for new bookings made between 03 November 2025 to 03 December 2025 for all HX departures on or after 01 April 2027 to 31 March 2028.To obtain Price Promise reduction the booking guest MUST request a relevant reduction directly to from HX or their Travel Agent (if booked through them), in each case no less than 90 days prior to the scheduled departure. Requests after this date or bookings not in compliance with our Booking Terms & Conditions will be excluded.

HX Explorers 2027/28 offer: Offer valid on new bookings made between 03 November 2025 and 03 December 2025 and is valid on departures between 01 April 2027 and 31 March 2028 (“Offer Period”)Bronze members are entitled to a 5% discount on new bookings made during the Offer Period. Silver, Gold and Platinum members are entitled to an extra 5% off the 5% Always On Membership discount on new bookings made during the Offer Period. Offer is redeemable online and via our contact centre. The discount will be automatically applied if the correct HX Explorers membership details are included in the booking. The discount is combinable with other HX offers and applies to everyone in your cabin. Offer is valid on the tour code components only including voyage, flights and hotels included in the offer price. Offer does not apply to other optional components sold separately to the tour code, including additional international flights, optional excursions, optional pre/post tours, insurance, additional hotel accommodation, optional arrival and departure packages and transfers. HX has the right to limit, change, or discontinue this offer at any time without notice. All payment, cancellation, refund terms are as per the HX standard Booking Terms & Conditions. For Trade partners: The promotion applies to new FIT bookings only made during 03 November 2025 and 03 December 2025. The discount is available for online FIT bookings and FIT bookings made via our contact centre. This promotion is not combinable or valid on group bookings.

Price Promise is valid for new bookings made from 08 October 2025 to 03 December 2025 for all HX departures on or after 1 April 2027 to 31 March 2028. Bookings made after the offer period will not qualify. Bookings outside of these periods do not qualify. Offer is subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time without prior notice. Single supplements may apply and applies to all offer occupancies. Bookings are combinable with the HX Explorers loyalty program.
