**Book any P&O Cruises Winter 2027/28 cruise departing 21 October 2027 – 22 April 2028 between 21 October 2025 – 17 December 2025 to be automatically entered into a prize draw for the chance to win back the cost of a cruise.
The prize draw (the “Promotion”) is promoted by Hays Travel (the “Promoter”). Registered Office: Gilbridge House, Keel Square, Sunderland SR1 3HA.
By entering the Promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1. The competition is open to anyone aged 18 or over and is a resident of the UK. P&O Cruises policy dictates that a minor or young adult under the age of 18 must be accompanied in the same stateroom. All entries must be received between the 21st October 2025 and 17th December 2025. Entries received after this date will not be eligible for the competition
2. Promoter employees and P&O Cruises employees are not permitted to enter
3. To qualify, one entry per person, per household is permitted.

a. Prize has no monetary value. No cash alternative will be offered. If the winner chooses not to travel and/or cancels, then no travel or cash alternative will be offered.
b. If the prize is accepted then the customer is bound by Hays Travel’s and P&O Cruises’ booking terms and policies.
c. The Prize does not include travel insurance, shore excursions, personal expenditure, any taxes paid locally or other incidental costs. It is essential and the responsibility of the prize-winners to have valid passports as well as all necessary travel insurance, applicable visas and required health certification as required by the cruise line or applicable government agencies at the time of travel (e.g. proof of vaccinations).
5. The winner will be drawn at random from eligible and will be notified by Hays Travel within 1 month from the date of the draw via telephone and/or email.
6. The winner(s) will have five (7) calendar days from receipt of the winning notification to:
a. Acknowledge the Prize via the instructions in the notification;
b. Provide a valid ID in the form of a passport or driver’s license; and
c. Confirm they wish to accept the Prize.
7. If a winner does not respond within 7 calendar days of notification, another winner will be selected at random from the remaining entries.
8. Promoter’s announcement of the winners is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
9. The Promoter designees and assigns, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, shareholders, representatives and agents shall have no liability and will be held harmless by entrants for any liability, loss, injury, claim, or damage to themselves or any other person or entity, including, without limitation, personal injury, death, or damage to personal or real property, to participants or any other person or entity due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by reason of the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of a Prize (including any travel or prize activity related thereto) or participation in this Promotion.
10. Promoter reserves the right to cancel the Promotion or amend these Terms and Conditions with or without prior notice at any time, for whatever reason, and without liability to any entrant for doing so.
11. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault of any kind.
12. Winner will be asked to collect prize from their chosen local Hays Travel branch.
13. Winner may be asked to participate in non-paid publicity.
14. The winner(s) surnames and counties can be obtained by sending a stamped addressed envelope to Hays Travel, Gilbridge House, Keel Square, Sunderland SR1 3HA within thirty (30) calendar days after the Promotion Period. If a winner objects to any or all of their surname and county being made available, the winner must notify the Promoter by writing to the address above, however the Promoter must still provide the information to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
15. This offer is subject to the laws of England & Wales and the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
16. If any of these terms and conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of these terms and conditions shall remain valid and enforceable.
