This week we’d like to introduce you to Carnival Cruise Lines’, eagerly anticipated new ship for 2022, Carnival Celebration. She will debut in her maiden sailing in November 2022 departing Southampton to Miami during Carnival Cruise Lines 50th Birthday. What a time to celebrate!!! Watch the short video for an insight into what you can expect to experience on a Carnival cruise.

Carnival Celebration, sister-ship to the ever popular Mardi Gras, will homeport in Miami and will operate 5- to 8- nights sailings exploring parts of Eastern and Western Caribbean. She’ll be powered by liquefied natural gas and will be a LNG-powered cruise ship. Also she’ll offer themed areas that bring together incredible experiences and flavour. And as the second ship ever with BOLT™ — that’s their onboard rollercoaster — they’ll make sure it’s every bit as speedy and thrilling as the original.

Carnival Celebration will feature six themed zones - Grand Central, French Quarter, La Piazza, Summer Landing, Lido and The Ultimate Playground.

Grand Central
This area will create a sense of wonder the moment passengers step aboard. The design transforms the atrium into a day-to-night entertainment complex with three-deck-high windows and a bar overlooking the starboard side of the ship.

French Quarter
Nod to New Orleans that combines entertainment and food with new bars, music and eateries. This neighbourhood is linked via a two-deck-high promenade leading to a New Orleans jazz club with live entertainment and drinks. More details will be announced in the spring with the introduction of a new celebrity partnership.

La Piazza
At La Piazza passengers will be transported to Italy and the heritage of Carnival's senior officers at the family-style Cucina del Capitano and 24/7 Pizzeria del Capitano as well as a new Mediterranean-themed seafood restaurant. A bar will serve cappuccino by day and classic Italian cocktails by night, while strolling musicians keep everyone entertained.

Summer Landing – (Guy's Smokehouse & Brewhouse)
Home to the chill spot Summer Landing. There will be an expanded Guy's Pig & Anchor Smokehouse I Brewhouse with smoked-on-board barbecue favourites by long-time Carnival partner Guy Fieri and the line's Parched Pig craft beers brewed on board. Outdoors are a pool and whirlpools, a new bar, the lunch counter for Smokehouse I Brewhouse and ample lounging space.

Carnival's casual poolside restaurants like Guy's Burger Joint, the New England-inspired Seafood Shack and Blue Iguana Cantina for Mexican fare.

The Ultimate Playground - home to BOLT
The area will offer amazing sea vistas from a spacious, family-friendly play area highlighted by the fleet's most elaborate Carnival WaterWorks and an expanded Sport Square. The Ultimate Playground is appropriately home to BOLT, the first roller-coaster at sea.

Thank you and GOOD LUCK!
