Cruise in Hardangerfjord
Known as the 'Queen of the Fjords'; Hardangerfjord is the third-longest fjord in the world and is situated south-east of Bergen in Vestland county in the Hardanger region of Western Norway. The best way to experience this incredible fjord is to sail along its 179-kilometre-long and 800-metre-deep stretch of still, azure water on a cruise ship; enjoying the spellbinding scenery, towering mountains, teeming waterfalls, idyllic orchards, and small charming villages. The Hardangerfjord has several scenic branches; including the 38-kilometre-long Sorfjord, the tiny Ulvikfjord, and the Eidfjord. Keep your eyes peeled for the impressive Folgefonna glacier which is visible from the fjord's northern shore.
